Using our website or requesting a free estimate means you accept these conditions.
Services and Scope of Work
Denver Roofing Team performs roofing work as described in your written estimate. We do not start a project until you approve the scope. That scope includes materials, labor, tear-off, disposal, and any specific tradecraft steps like installing a starter course, laying field courses, or using ring-shank nails. We never add work without your consent.
If we discover rot, decay, sagging, or granule loss during the job, we will stop and show you the problem. You decide whether to proceed with repairs. We document everything with photos and notes. Our goal is to fix your roof properly, not to cut corners. We also handle emergency roof repair when a storm leaves your home exposed.
Estimates and Pricing
Every estimate we provide is free and valid for 30 days. We base pricing on the square footage of your roof, the materials you choose, and the complexity of the job. For example, a steep roof with multiple valleys costs more than a simple gable. We use a line-item estimate so you see exactly what you pay for.
Our estimates include materials, labor, tear-off, and cleanup. We do not charge hidden fees. If you need insurance claim assistance, we help you document storm damage and work with your adjuster. We cannot guarantee what your insurance pays, but we provide the proof of loss forms and supplemental claims you need.
Warranty and Guarantee
Denver Roofing Team stands behind our workmanship. We offer a workmanship warranty that covers installation defects for a period we state in your contract. This includes issues like improperly sealed flashings, loose shingles, or leaks caused by our installation. We do not warrant materials; manufacturer warranties cover those.
Our warranty does not cover damage from severe weather, improper maintenance, or alterations by a third party. We recommend annual roof inspections to catch small problems before they become leaks. If you see signs of water intrusion, call us right away. Waiting only lets moisture wick into your decking and cause rot.
Payment Terms
We require a deposit before we order materials. The balance is due upon completion of the work, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept cash, check, or credit card. For large projects, we may offer a payment schedule tied to milestones.
If you cancel after materials are ordered, you are responsible for the cost of those materials. We also charge a restocking fee if we must return unused products. We do our best to avoid delays, but weather can disrupt our schedule. We will keep you informed if that happens.
Liability and Limitations
Denver Roofing Team carries general liability insurance. We will provide a certificate of insurance upon request. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not responsible for consequential damages, such as interior water damage, unless we caused the leak through gross negligence.
You agree to provide access to your property for the duration of the project. We will take precautions to protect your landscaping and driveway, but we are not liable for pre-existing conditions. We also recommend you move vehicles and outdoor furniture before we arrive.
Governing Law and Disputes
